BUENOS AIRES (ARGENTINA)

On September 11 at 5pm at the MUNTREF Headquarters Immigrant Hotel will take place "My body, your body, our bodies: somatic cinema at home and in the world", a conference and screenings of filmmaker Lynne Sachs (New York) in the context of the exhibition May this time be different from Martha Rosler, for which a free public reference library with feminist content was created.

A selection of science fiction films will be screened that explore the fantastic world of the most modern technologies, as other ethnographic and documentary films on the margin of the civilized world, reports of expeditions and trips, the conquest of places as remote as the South Pole, Mount Everest or the planet Mars, and experimental films that examine the dreamlike character of the modern medium. All these films are presented with live bands of international musicians of various genres, from jazz and improvised music, to post-rock, electronics and contemporary experimental music.
