Opening: Saturday October 11th, 2 p.m Great icons of utopia and its imaginary come to life before our eyes through new technologies (Margaret Cavendish, Ada Lovelace, Jeremy Bentham, Marilyn Monroe, Philip K. Dick). Digital Robinsonades immerse us in a “glorious world” shaped like a peaceful jungle—a “joyful chaos” where new animal and plant species coexist with neo humans, living machines, artificial plants generated by birdsong, and where we can even create new species of pollinating insects. Artificial intelligences are to artists what Watson is to Sherlock Holmes. Quantum computing at the service of non-binary artistic creation, embracing probabilities, fluidity, and entanglements. Luminous ecology seeks to reconnect humans with natural elements—light, sky, etc.—and to restore balance in living spaces, respecting time so it aligns with our biological systems despite the intensive use of omnipresent technological objects. New sensory experiences. Biodiversity 2.0. Benevolent (or delirious!) agro-futurism. Positive science fiction and design fiction. Elements that would shape another world—one that is but our own.
