International Cross-Residency Programme between Argentina, France and Greece

BIENALSUR (Argentina), FRAC Corsica (France) and ARTWORKS (Greece) have joined forces to launch a new tripartite residency programme combining artistic and curatorial perspectives. Each institution will host, for one month, an arts professional from the other two territories–creating a circular exchange that connects the Mediterranean and South America.

From Corsica, artist Nicolas Quiriconi will be hosted by BIENALSUR in Buenos Aires, while curator Prisca Meslier, founder of the Biennale de Renava in Bonifacio, will be welcomed by ARTWORKS in Athens. From Greece, curator Panos Giannikopoulos will travel to Buenos Aires, while Greek-American curator Alex Strecker will be hosted in Corsica. From Argentina, artist Julieta Caputo will spend her residency in Corsica, while curator Clarisa Appendino will take part in the Athens program.

Designed as a platform for research, dialogue and immersion in local contexts, this residency goes beyond a simple exchange. It fosters shared experiences, allowing practices to be shaped by lived realities and weaving new narratives across distant yet interconnected territories.
