Water, defined as a "liquid substance without odor, color or taste that is found in nature in a more or less pure state forming rivers, lakes and seas, occupies three quarters of the planet Earth and is part of living beings; it is made up of hydrogen and oxygen". This indispensable substance is one of the natural resources currently at risk. In this sense, the work of Brazilian Eduardo Srur chooses to place itself precisely in the place of calling attention to this condition. PETS is a project that inserts itself in different rivers, points them out, calls the public's attention by means of huge colored bottles produced with recycled material from other common disposable bottles. It overexposes a reality and, in this way, aims to contribute to raising awareness about what it means to live by the rivers, to enjoy this landscape that often crosses our cities and to preserve it both for its beauty and its vital power.
