Antje Ehmann is a German artist, curator, and writer born in Gelsenkirchen in 1968. Specializing in documentary film and video art, she has worked with festivals like Duisburger Filmwoche and Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen. Her notable exhibitions include Harun Farocki. First Time in Warsaw, Serious Games. War - Media - Art, and Cinema Like Never Before.
In 2011, she co-created Labour in a Single Shot, a global project exploring labor through video art. She has curated exhibitions at institutions such as the Folkwang Museum and Mills Gallery. Her video installations include War Tropes and Loud and Clear, and she has published books on film and contemporary art.
