Camille Henrot

Camille Henrot (Paris, 1978) is a contemporary artist working between Berlin and New York, exploring film, painting, sculpture, installation, and digital art. Her work examines identity, globalization, and technology, blending literature, psychoanalysis, and social media. She won the Silver Lion at the Venice Biennale (2013) with Grosse Fatigue and exhibited The Pale Fox in London, Paris, and Tokyo. In 2017, the Palais de Tokyo hosted Days Are Dogs, solidifying her influence in contemporary art. Awarded the Nam June Paik and Edvard Munch Awards, she has exhibited at the New Museum (New York), the National Gallery of Victoria (Melbourne), and the Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery. Henrot is a key figure in contemporary art, exploring the intersection of personal identity and the digital age.
