Claudia Valente, an artist and educator, explores the intersection of art, technology, and activism within the Latin American Capitalocene. A PhD candidate at UNTREF, she works with electronic and digital arts to investigate biosemiotics in living systems.
She has received awards from the Kosice Biennial and ArCiTec and has exhibited at Bienalsur, the Havana Biennial, and the Proyector Festival in Spain. She is part of the collectives MURU 7.8 and TRANSELECTRONICS, merging art and technology in her practice.
