Carolle Bénitah (1965-2024) was a Moroccan-French visual artist known for her unique approach to photography, blending archival images with embroidery, gold leaf, and ink drawings. Trained as a fashion designer at the École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, she transitioned into art in 2001, focusing on themes of memory, identity, and grief.
