Tamara Stuby
Tamara Stuby is an Argentine artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn. She has participated in international residencies like Gasworks Studios (London, 2000) and Capacete (Rio de Janeiro, 2007), and received grants from Fundación Antorchas (2004) and Fondo Nacional de las Artes (2013).
Stuby has exhibited at major venues like Centro Cultural Recoleta (2016), the VI Jafre Biennial (Spain, 2013), and Museo de la Memoria de Rosario (2010). Her work has also been part of exhibitions at MEIAC (Spain, 2005) and MALBA (2004). She co-directed the El Basilisco residency program (2004–2009) and organized the Pensando en voz alta series at Alianza Francesa. Stuby has written for art catalogs and magazines. She has lived and worked in Buenos Aires since 1995.
