Laura Glusman

Laura Glusman is an Argentine photographer born in Rosario in 1971. Her work explores memory, territory, and the poetics of space through photography. She studied at Andy Goldstein’s School in Buenos Aires, the University of California (Berkeley), and the International Center of Photography in New York. She received a grant from Centro Cultural Rojas. Her work has been exhibited at key venues such as Castagnino Museum, Recoleta Cultural Center, Palais de Glace, Fundación OSDE, Rosa Galisteo Museum, São Paulo Cultural Center, Museum of Antioquia, OK Center (Austria), and Akademie der Künste (Berlin). She joined residencies like RIAA and Paraná Ra’anga and completed a program in Lima’s Centro de la Imagen. She won awards including the Klemm Prize (2003), arteBA-Petrobras (2005), and the Konex Award (2012). Glusman’s work is a visual reflection on place, memory, and everyday landscapes.
