Alan Segal

Alan Segal is an Argentine filmmaker and visual artist with a strong presence in both film editing and contemporary art. He trained at ENERC and the Artist and Curator Program at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, completing residencies at Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture and Bard College. As a film editor, he worked on Kékszakállú (2016) by Gastón Solnicki and co-edits the magazine Labor. His work has been featured in major events such as Bienal Sur, WRO Biennale (Poland), and the Braque Prize (2017). His artistic practice delves into the relationship between cinema, moving images, and visual experimentation in contemporary art.
