Fabián Ramos
Fabián Ramos (Tucumán, Argentina) is a visual artist trained in Architecture and Fine Arts at the National University of Tucumán. He lives and works between Buenos Aires and Madrid. His interdisciplinary practice connects visual arts, film, and writing, examining the relationship between image, language, and space.
He has undertaken artist residencies at Casa del Puente – Amancio Williams (Mar del Plata), NOOX KANKABAL (Mérida, Mexico), SVILOVA Independent International Residency (Berlin), and Centro de Investigaciones Artísticas (Buenos Aires). He participated in the Artists Program and Film Laboratory at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, as well as LIPAC at Centro Cultural Ricardo Rojas.
Recent exhibitions include ARCO Madrid (Galería Big Sur), SALON ACME (Mexico City), Fondo Nacional de las Artes, and Centro Cultural de España en Buenos Aires. His short films were officially selected at BAFICI and FICCALI (Cali).
He is a member of the collective Mundo Dios in Mar del Plata, an independent space for exhibitions, residencies, and artist development.
