Juan Pablo Pettoruti

Juan Pablo Pettoruti (La Plata, 1987) is a composer, pianist, writer, and educator. He studied Composition at the National University of La Plata and completed his Master’s degree at the Lübeck Academy of Music in Germany in 2016. His works span orchestral music, chamber ensembles, sound installations, and performance art. Also active as a jazz pianist and piano teacher, he has taught in music institutions in Argentina and Germany. As a writer, he published his first book in 2012 and contributes to anthologies and cultural journals. He is co-founder of the artist collective Kunsträume. Currently, he is the Artistic Coordinator of the Social Policy Department at UNLP and assistant professor in Electroacoustic Media Experimentation at the Faculty of Fine Arts.
