Francisco Sanfuentes

Francisco Javier Sanfuentes is a visual artist with a Fine Arts degree from Universidad Arcis. He is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Visual Arts, Faculty of Arts, Universidad de Chile. His work explores the boundaries of painting and memory, with key projects including Pintura Negra (2005), De la Preciosa Sangre (2011), and Materiales Liminales (2012), exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC) in Santiago. Sanfuentes is recognized in Chilean contemporary art for his critical and experimental approach.
