Yanina Pelle

Yanina Pelle (La Plata, Argentina, 1984) is a visual artist and cultural nomad. Since 2006, she has traveled across Latin America, living in rural communities in the Bolivian Altiplano and jungle, as well as in Peru, Chile, and Ecuador, experiences that shape her work. Her artistic practice focuses on collecting, preserving, and reassembling materials from her environment. She studied at E.N.P.E.G. “La Esmeralda” in Mexico City (2008–2013), where she currently resides. She also works in ethnographic restoration and documentary theater, combining memory, territory, and action in her projects.
