Agustín González Goytía

Agustín González Goytía (born 1981, San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina) is an experimental visual artist known for his multidisciplinary practice and exploration of complex social and conceptual themes. He earned his Fine Arts degree from the National University of Tucumán in 2011 and has continued his development through renowned workshops, including the National Arts Fund's Follow-Up Program (2012), the Yungas Contemporary Art Program (2013–2014), and the Artists’ Program at Torcuato Di Tella University (2015). González Goytía works across a range of media and techniques to deconstruct narratives and address critical topics with visual and material sensitivity. His work has been exhibited in important cultural venues such as the Timoteo Navarro Museum of Fine Arts (2009, 2013), Rusia Gallery (2011, 2013), Haroldo Conti Cultural Center (2014), and Galería Pasto in Buenos Aires (2015, 2017). He currently lives and works in San Miguel de Tucumán, where he continues to create thought-provoking and evolving art.
