Ernesto Pesce

Ernesto Pablo Pesce (Buenos Aires, 1943) is an Argentine visual artist specializing in drawing, printmaking, and painting. Trained at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes Manuel Belgrano and Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes Ernesto de la Cárcova, he has participated in over 150 group exhibitions and 40 solo shows worldwide. His work portrays contemporary Buenos Aires through watercolors and lithographs, blending stains, drawing, and narrative montage. He has received awards including the Grand Honor Prize in Drawing at the Salón Nacional and the Goethe International Prize in Frankfurt.
