Siru Wen

Siru Wen is a Chinese-born interdisciplinary artist working with installation, film, and photography. Her practice explores the energies and emotions suspended between space and time. Mindfulness and attention to the mundane guide her process. Exhibitions: Sheffield DocFest (UK), A.I.R. Gallery (NY), 18th Street Arts Center (CA), Corporación Chilena de Video (Chile), B3 Biennial (Germany). Residencies: Bemis Center, Rupert, MASS MoCA. She holds an MFA in Film from UCLA. Her work invites viewers into contemplative spaces, merging visual art, public art, and moving image practices.
