Alejandro Argüelles

Alejandro Argüelles is an Argentine visual artist specializing in drawing and painting. His work, known for its classical elegance and focus on landscapes, explores the black-and-white representation of the Delta, balancing figuration and abstraction. A graduate of the Manuel Belgrano and Prilidiano Pueyrredón National Schools of Fine Arts, he teaches postgraduate seminars at the Ernesto de la Cárcova School of Fine Arts. He has exhibited at Centro Cultural Recoleta, Museo Caraffa, Palais de Glace, and Museo Sívori, and has received awards such as the Ibero-American Painting Contest by Aerolíneas Argentinas and the First Prize "Desde la Ventana".
