Paula Rubio Infante
Paula Rubio Infante (Madrid, 1977) lives and works in Asturias, Spain. She is the recipient of the "El Ojo Crítico 2015 in Visual Arts RNE" and the "VIII ARCO Comunidad de Madrid Young Artists Award 2011". Her most recent exhibitions include "Under the Surface (Fears, Monsters, Shadows)", curated by Javier Martín Jiménez at the Condeduque Cultural Center (Madrid) in 2020, and "Dialect CA2M", curated by Manuel Segade and Tania Pardo at CA2M (Madrid) in 2021/22. Her work is part of major collections such as the ADN Collection, Josep María Civit Collection, Montemadrid Foundation, Contemporary Art Collection of the Community of Madrid, and Los Bragales Collection, among others. Her latest project "The Goblins Sleep in Their Small Palace" was awarded one of the 2020 Research and Artistic Creation Grants by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Government of Spain.
