Annalisa D. Quagliata, a filmmaker and visual artist from Veracruz, Mexico, has gained international recognition for her works exhibited in prestigious museums and galleries in New York, Switzerland, Spain, Argentina, and Mexico, including the Tamayo Museum. A graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Annalisa is known for her provocative approach, blending traditional boundaries with a critical and unique vision of reality. Awarded by the National Fund for Culture and Arts (FONCA), she has received scholarships and prizes while promoting cultural and social projects. Her work as an audiovisual recycler and her reinterpretation of Mexican cinema have made her a prominent figure in the world of art and independent cinema.
