Bárbara Sánchez Barroso

Bárbara Sánchez Barroso (Lleida, 1987) is a visual artist focusing on moving images and video installations. She holds degrees in Fine Arts, Audiovisual Communication, and Literary Theory from the University of Barcelona, a Master's in Artistic Research from Malmö Art Academy (Sweden), and a postgraduate degree from HISK (Belgium). Her work has been showcased internationally at Fundació Joan Miró, La Capella, MHKA Antwerp, MoCA Taipei, and Centre d’Art La Panera, among others. Her videos are included in the collections of the Han Nefkens Foundation and the Naturgy Foundation. She has also taught at the University of Barcelona and received a scholarship from the Han Nefkens Foundation.
