Carlos Trilnick

Carlos Trilnick (1957-2020) was an Argentine audiovisual artist, photographer, and curator, a pioneer of video art in Latin America. His work explored video art, video installations, and multimedia with a political and experimental focus. He was a professor at the University of Buenos Aires and director of the Image and Sound Design program. He organized Buenos Aires Video at ICI and led the Video and Electronic Arts Festival at Recoleta. His contributions were instrumental in the development of technological art in Argentina.
