Julián Astelarra

Julian Astelarra (1983, Casilda) is an Argentine visual artist and painter. He holds a degree in Painting from the National University of the Arts in Buenos Aires. He has worked with Acéfala Gallery, presenting exhibitions such as “Olor a pintura podrida” and participated in the “Artistas x Artistas 2020” program at the El Mirador gallery. He has attended work clinics with artists such as Valentina Liernur, Fabián Marcaccio, and Juan Tessi. He received the “Prilidiano Pueyrredón” scholarship and third place in the “Hasta 300 segundos” contest at the University of Palermo. He has participated in international fairs and exhibitions like “Si tendiera mi lecho en el fondo del abismo” at Crudo Gallery and “G126” in Galway, Ireland.
