Agustina Triquell

Agustina Triquell is a visual artist and social researcher whose work explores the relationship between history, memory, and politics through photography and contemporary audiovisual production. She has received prestigious awards, including the Bicentennial Creation Grant, the First Prize "Francisco Ayerza" for Contemporary Photography, and the First Prize Metrovías for Contemporary Argentine Photography. Her work has been exhibited in Argentina and internationally in Dublin, Montevideo, Santiago de Chile, and Asunción. Since 2015, she has co-directed Asunción, a publishing house focused on photobooks, and since 2011, she has been part of the Citizenship and Human Rights Program at IDES, researching the public circulation of photographic images in collective action. She has curated exhibitions in Córdoba, Rosario, Buenos Aires, and Tucumán, and has programmed screenings at festivals such as "El ojo salvaje" (Paraguay) and "Fotograma" (Montevideo). Her interdisciplinary approach merges artistic production with social research and editorial work.
