Cintia Clara Romero
Cintia Clara Romero, Argentine visual artist, was born in Ataliva (Santa Fe, 1976) and is a recognized curator and educator in contemporary art. Her work spans video, photography, installation, and collaborative projects, blending conceptual and performance-based practices.
She has exhibited in Argentina and internationally, including Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, the United States, France, and Sweden. She participated in prestigious biennials such as the 8th MERCOSUR Biennial and the 1st Biennial of the Americas.
Her solo exhibitions include Miración (macro, Rosario, 2024), Cuerpo de intenciones (Museo FAyD, Oberá, 2015), and Entre la decepción y la esperanza (Montevideo, 2012). She has also received grants from the National Fund for the Arts and AECID.
Currently, she co-directs Curadora-Residencia para artistas with Maximiliano Peralta Rodríguez. She lives and works in San José del Rincón, Santa Fe.
