Andrea Trotta is an Argentine visual artist and analog collage maker, born in 1968 in Sáenz Peña, Buenos Aires. She graduated in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires and has developed her work through collage, cutting, selecting, and arranging images from various graphic sources. Her work critiques the biases and violences embedded in visual narratives, subverting the original meanings of the images. In her 2023 exhibition "Un Collage lo suficientemente bueno," Trotta showcased pieces that challenge and re-signify graphic elements.
