Daniel Canogar

Daniel Canogar is a Spanish visual artist born in 1964 in Madrid, known for his exploration of the relationship between technology and society. His work integrates photography, light projections, and interactive installations to investigate the perception of the body and digital memory. With studies at Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s degree from New York University, he has developed an innovative approach that repurposes obsolete technological materials, such as cables and videotapes, transforming them into symbols of the digital age. He has exhibited at institutions such as the Reina Sofía Museum, Centre d’Art Santa Mònica in Barcelona, CAC Málaga, and the Museum of Natural History in New York. His works are part of international collections and continue to explore the impact of technology on contemporary culture.
