Pablo Javier Martínez

Pablo Javier Martínez (b. 1984, Jujuy, Argentina) is a visual artist and photographer based in Córdoba. Co-director of the Satélite project with Valeria López, he holds a specialization in Contemporary Artistic Practices from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. He studied photography at CEF and trained with Ana Gallardo and Lucas Di Pascuale. His work has been exhibited individually in Argentina, Uruguay, and Spain, and in group exhibitions such as BIENALSUR and Festival de la Luz. He received grants from the FNA, Museo Caraffa, and Proyecto Imaginario, and participated in residencies including Yungas, EAC (Uruguay), and Curadora (Santa Fe). He won the 2020 Visual Arts Salon (Jujuy) and the 2019 National Salon of Villa María. His work has been shown at Palais de Glace, CC Borges, Museo Marco La Boca, Palau Robert (Barcelona), and more.
