Víctor Grippo
Víctor Grippo, born in Junín, Buenos Aires, was an influential Argentine artist known for bridging science and art. His most famous work, Analogía I, was first exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art and later showcased internationally. With a background in both chemistry and visual arts, Grippo's works explored the intersection of these two fields. He participated in numerous exhibitions worldwide and his works are part of significant public and private collections, including the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes and the MALBA-Colección Costantini in Buenos Aires, as well as renowned institutions in Brazil, the United States, and Europe, such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York and Tate Modern in London. Throughout his career, Grippo received several Konex Awards and was celebrated for his artistic innovation. He passed away in Buenos Aires in 2002.
