Diana Schufer

Diana Schufer (Buenos Aires, 1957) is a visual artist and psychologist whose work focuses on installations, sound, and video art. Her projects explore interpersonal relationships, love, and eroticism, as well as the traces of sexual abuse. Since 2012, she has co-directed Ensayo General, a contemporary art project with Olga Martínez. Her work has been exhibited at the Centro Cultural Borges, ArtexArte, Macba Buenos Aires, Muntref, and Bienalsur, among other venues. She has participated in solo and group exhibitions in Argentina and abroad. In 1999, she was awarded the National Arts Fund Grant for artistic creation. Some of her most notable exhibitions include Las palabras se las lleva el viento… 1994/2022, Te veo en línea, and Desayuno, the latter receiving recognition at the National Salon of Visual Arts. Her work is part of public and private collections, establishing her as a significant figure in contemporary art.
